Surveys can capture information on how patients view their treatment experience, including their satisfaction with care and its various treatment components or events (e.g., being offered information about a medication’s side effects) and their perceptions about the outcomes of care. The WC has partnered with the Forum on Performance Measures to develop a consumer perception of care survey that can be widely used across patient populations and settings. |
