The Stakeholder Education Workgroup (SEW) was formed to promote the use and adoption of WC substance abuse performance measures by public and private stakeholders to drive quality improvement in substance abuse treatment.  Its primary mission is to work with the variety of stakeholders who have a role in performance measurement, including consumers, providers, insurers, purchasers, regulators, accreditors and researchers.  It is how various stakeholders use performance measures that ultimately drives quality improvement.
